I need to provide a quick update because I’ve had some minor schedule adjustments and major celebrity interaction.

John Popper, the heavy set lead singer of Blues Traveler says that I have “it”. Not sure what IT is, let’s just hope it’s not heart disease because John is a sufferer and I’m genetically predisposed to cement like arteries coupled with record levels of evil cholesterol.

Diet and proper digesting are both important factors in controlling ones’ potential health risks. Today I ate pan pizza while being suspending upside down in gravity boots.

I also saw Jamie Foxx in the Puma store down on the Promenade of Santa Monica. He was buying Pumas.

FYI, Jamie and I share the same zip code.

**I made it to the finals of The Comedy Central Laff Riots Competition…In preparation for the big night, I’m gonna bleach my molars.

**Most likely I will not be at LuLu’s Beehive in the Valley. I was to be there tonight (Friday), but I may have to cancel due to the show at The El Rey. If I win, I may have to do a remote with Nickelodeon or Richard Bey.
