Day 3 - complete

Wednesday, April 28, 2004

Vince Neil from Motley Crue was around the pool yesterday. Later, Penn and Teller were guests on the show, loved their trick, they made Vince Neil disappear.

Lost seventy-five dollars playing keno and nickel slots.

Here in “Vegas”, that’s what the locals call it.

95 Dees-grees today, pool side off the Strip. My fellow hotel guests would be very happy at a LIT or Chevelle concert, that’s how they roll.

No spell check or anything, we’re back in Tokyo mode.

Lot’s of pictures, lot’s of skin, tasteful.

I’m hungry, just heard we booked Danny Gans.

Basically what I’m saying is, gonna be light this week.

Seriously, some cool Tokyo photos on the way soon, gotta size down and upload.

Oh, and the videos should be interesting, my vision will not be compromised.

This site really needs new live action, for real.

Overheard tonight at a party:

“Peanuts and sunflower seeds, they both have shells”

stuff, etc.

For the most part, no shows this weekend, guess I’m not that funny, oh well.

Remember, I’ll be in Vegas m-f this coming week. Is there a Kinko’s in Caesar’s?

My desktop is beginning to suck, acts weird, programs shut down or they don’t open without a hassle, and the auto-complete doesn’t work properly.

I use a cordless mouse and a 17-inch LCD screen, just to let ya know. I’m quite serious about my internet’ing, however I don’t own a laptop, should I?

Gonna workout in 5-minutes for 5-minutes, I’m very intense.

These are just notes and thoughts, up for grabs.

I’ll be back later.

*and take a moment for Pat Tillman, a great American, you know the story. I’ll be honest, today I’m actually proud to be an Alumni of Arizona State University.

Saw a great show last night @ Largo in Hollywood. Zach Galifianakis was funny, as was Brendon Small and the host, Jarrett Grode.

He’s Gro-de, I’m Bro-dy, get it?

Tonight is Thursday, I’ll be @ The Westwood Brew Co. doing my thing, whatever “my thing” is. Look for Godfrey, Steve Byrne, Barry Sobel, among others. Adam Hunter as well, he’s bringing it! Just three weeks ago Adam spoke on Yes, Dear.

Good kid.

Occasionally for research purposes, I’ll shoulder surf a friend or stranger while he/she navigates this site. I’ve just recently tabulated the findings. Here’s my note to you — if text is yellow, generally it’s a link or photo.

*******

Received some disturbing email today, from two of our fellow readers.

James signed the Guestbook:

My god- could you have a few more pictures of your stupid mug here?

You ass.

And this was in my Outlook Express inbox:

Brody save your free time and get a publicist. Then you wouldn’t have to say nice things to get stagetime.

I thought everyone liked the photos, my bad.

And from now on, me giving kudos is out of the question.

Today is 420, buzzed off incense

Tuesday, April 20, 2004

Was verbally assaulted last night in Venice, California.

The two perpetrators: a young Canadian woman and her self-hating American friend (he’s from North Carolina). When liberals don’t agree with you, they get angry and personal. It almost makes me laugh.

And no, I’m not some right wing wacko, I’m just honest.

Here’s the deal, America is the father-figure single parent countries need, understand?

When these factions act up, we gotta come down, keep them in check, send the evil do’ers to their room — a “time-out”, if you will.

Much like the dad in Boyz in the Hood, played with heart and emotion by Mr. Samuel L. Jackson.

Kidding, Lawrence Fishburne.

I joke, but you see my point, right?

*************

Went to work and just came back, couldn’t stop thinking about my controversial posting (the first part of this entry, the “father-figure” speech).

Was it too tough? Was I too radical? These internal questions dogged me throughout the entire afternoon.

However, earlier today in a peaceful yet spiritual show of support, two significant moments played out on the Fox lot (each encounter involving me, each encounter solidifying and backing my stance on foreign affairs).

Ladies and Gentleman, just hours ago in my audience (not planned, the stars were aligned):

*a strong group of Marines from Camp Pendleton - respect and fear

*this man

I mention “evil-do’ers” and what’s magically sent my way?

JC and The Military!

My First Roll-Over

Monday, April 19, 2004

These “two” photos were snapped backstage at Jimmy Kimmel Live.

“So what?”, you say?

Well, the “so what?” is — it’s taken me almost three years to figure out this special effect on my own.

I’ll admit, finally finishing the artwork for our world to witness has given me chills (possibly a by-product of Afrin?)

My simple Warhol-like creations have allowed us to march on in these dark days.
