Squeaky wheel get’s the grease! — an old school fable

Eating Grape Nuts right now, the bowl sitting patiently next to my keyboard. I now take a bite/slurp. Crunchy, yet slightly soggy. Time for a multi, wash it down with fluids.

To keep my insides free of built-up bacteria, pizza crust and tortillas, I consume (daily) at least two full glasses of orange flavored Colon Cleanse (one heaping tablespoon of this mystery powder). Thanks GNC Cancun.
