This is what you’ve been asking for. Just a slight sample of what I’ve been doing for a while now. Here’s me on the 2006 season premiere of Last Comic Standing…
I’m ready to move forward with my life now.

I deserve it, but I’m still working.
Recently recovered from my fascination with MySpace, now I’m obsessed with YouTube - And because of this mental instability, you win.
Here’s a lady friend of mine singing Eye of the Tiger - watch and listen as I assist in the serenade of Dodger Dave and Ronnie…
Next up: me on NBC’s LCS
Thanks to the crew at the Improv for allowing me to do my thing last night - the industry took notice.
Tokio in Hollywood was fun as well (Ruby does her thing). Give me a cordless mic and you’re asking for trouble
LoL, yep.
Then closing out my evening at UCB-LA doing my thing at See You Next Tuesday with Howard Kremer, Josh Fadem and others.
Followed by two hours sleep, Stump Stevens! on Playboy Morning Radio, Sirius Channel 198. Capped off with a chat on Sporting News Radio with Tony Bruno, rudely interrupted by a goal update in the World Cup.
Napped, awoke, ate, biz calls, then this.
Man, this reads like a blog.

Busy with stuff and burnt out on things - yes, I’m being Vague-us! - if you catch my drift.
Back to Quickly…
Tomorrow, Tuesday the Lucky 13th, I’ll be at Tokio on Cahuenga in Hollywood, starts around 9pm, I believe and/or think?
Is it wrong to see a movie in Las Vegas? At night, slightly off the strip, alone for The Break Up, Saturday, at a drive-in on rented roller blades?
Again, thanks for the emails and supportive comments, hard to get back to each and every individual, all seven of you.

That’s where I’ll be the next couple days, and Vegas too.
Let’s not forget MySpace!
Real quick…
Tonight, 8pm at the Mbar on Fountain and Vine in Hollywood —->the always hot Chelsea Handler may be on hand, read this somewhere.
Then later at The Comedy Store —->after midnight, tell them Brody sent you, or avoid me all together.
Tomorrow on the Beach for AVP Volleyball in Hermosa soaking up the rays with Michael Strahan and Jeremy Roenick.
Cap off the weekend with 24 Hours in Las Vegas, hanging at New York, New York, Monte Carlo and CVS on the Strip, looking very European.
Hope to get my Last Comic Standing footage up and running very soon. The tape drop off will take place at a seedy location in the Valley. Many of my daily readers don’t own a television set, they rely on me for over the air content.

My pitching and the home air conditioning unit where I live and sit pecking this paragraph. Clean the ducts, check the filters and get the freon flowing! That’s what my coach told me yesterday as I melted away on the mound, letting down teammates and spectators alike.
Gotta take a break from the activity I love - which is hurling a baseball, blowing away hitters and eating Lucky Charms at 2 in the morning. Can’t compete the way I want to, and need to. It’s a waste of time for all involved, plus my elbow is hanging buy a thread, maybe? Could be in my head? Either way, think I’ll have more fun throwing bullpens and playing co-ed softball on the weekends.
So that’s that.
Is it wrong to refer people to my website for life updates? Really don’t have the time, even for some close friends and family. Mom is doing fine, here’s a link on her.
May meet Kobe Bryant today, we’ll see.
Hope to have my Last Comic Standing footage up fairly soon. YouTube eagerly awaits. If they say no, I peddle the video to Google. If that’s not gonna happen, we knock on the door of eBaum’s World - in their shocking section.

That’s how I spent my Friday. On top of picking up dry cleaning, scheduling a doctor’s appointment then canceling, practicing baseball and performing calisthenics in 100 degree Valley weather - and let’s not forget, filling the gas tank for my Vegas trip via Burbank Airport.
In other news…
A known actor is sending me gentle jabs thru text messaging. My humor is “waning”? That’s a cheap shot! I’ve waited 12 years for 53 seconds of prime-time exposure, I’m not gonna let some Julliard trained freak ruffle my feathers!
To happier stories…
Yesterday Mussina, today it’s Jared Weaver of the LA Angels. My brain may be here right now, but my heart is in Cleveland on the mound at Jacobs Field living vicariously through Jared as he takes the hill for his second ever major league start against Drew Carey’s Indians.
Then it’s my turn in the rotation - I’ve got a big game on Sunday, strive to go five. Me and Canseco taking on Saberhagan and crew - we hope to settle the score in what’s turning out to be a heated grudge match between two pillars of the 80’s (with me in a supporting role).
Live appearances you ask? - oh, you didn’t?
No show this eve, had to cancel two gigs for tomorrow night in Hollywood (Improv and Comedy Store, sorry fan) —-> when Vegas calls, you answer.
Curious, how’s the bar scene at Circus Circus? I’ve got a trunk full of glow sticks.

…Carter Cash that is.
Three dots, a bold and italic, that made the joke come to life. You’d be foolish not to save this new age formula as a text file.
Congrats to Mike Mussina of the New York Yankees for pitching a complete game and getting the victory over the up-and-coming Detroit Tigers last night at Comerica Park in Motor City, Michigan.
Fueled and inspired by my first round elimination on Last Comic Standing, “Moose” took that as a challenge and he delivered on the mound, bringing dignity and manhood back into the fold at www.brodystevens.com —-> also at the Improv homepage where this passage will be prominently displayed until I pen another one in four hours.
Where am I tonight?
How about BOOMTIME! at UCB LA on Franklin in Hollywood, sharply at 8pm with some of San Francisco’s hottest comedic minds. Watch and listen as I join forces with my counterparts from the North.
Prepare for amusement!
Nothing like spending the morning cleaning up pet vomit. Does anyone have the number for the Cat Whisperer?
